The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. We use it solely to send you an email when we publish a new post.

We do not collect any other personal information, run any advertising, or sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Resend (resend.com) to manage our mailing list and send emails. Your email address is stored on Resend's servers. You can read their privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We use a double opt-in process - when you sign up, we send a confirmation email and only add you to our list once you click the confirmation link. This means we have a clear record of your consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link - clicking it removes you from our list immediately.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we only hold your email address, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails, or to email us at contact@bulka.blog and we'll take care of it promptly.
